If you are transitioning from an old membership platform to the INTIX membership portal - send your member lists to us!
We want to help you keep all of your data in one place for efficiency, and optimising use of our marketing suite.
Send us your spreadsheet including all of the following fields, and without the header row (i.e. name, email address etc)
Requirements:
These are the most commonly required fields of data collected for membership. Some requirements may vary per club or organisation.
- Your list, in .csv format
- containing no header row (i.e. titles like "name" or "email address")
- Column A: Email Address
- Column B: First Name
- Column C: Last Name
- Column D: Mobile Number (must be in correct format for that country eg. 61404123123 for Australia)
- Column E: Address #1
- Column F: Address #2
- Column G: Suburb
- Column H: Postcode
- Column I: Country
- Column J: Membership Type
- Column K: Payment Date
- Column L: Amount Paid
- Column M: Date Of Birth
- Column N: Marketing (opted in or out)
NOTE: All fields must be filled. Empty cells will cause that row to be removed from the import entirely.
FYI: When members are imported to our platform, users receive a notification email that they have been connected to INTIX by your organisation.
