This is a quick guide on everything you need to run a successful event. With a few key steps and the INTIX app suite, your event operations are sure to be easy and effective.
INTIX APP SUITE
As a digital ticketing soloution, the INTIX apps provide all the tools that you need to run your events.

- INTIX Box Office app runs is used to sell tickets on the day.
- INTIX Scanner 2.0 manages your attendance and ticket scanning and can be run on smartphones or tablets
- INTIX Administrator app provides real-time sales and attendance data on the go for iOS.
PRE-EVENT ACTIONS
Set up your events and devices for sales and scanning:

- Download the Scanner and Box Office apps to any devices that will be used on the day.
- If you are using an INTIX POS device, complete device set up.
- Ensure that you have added Scanner and Box Office Seller event roles to your event to create app logins for your staff. Multiple users can be logged in using the same login.
- Ensure all ticket types have been selected as being able to be scanned in Event > Manage Attendees > Access Control and add Scanning Flags if required.
TICKET SCANNING
The Scanner app can be used on smartphones or tablets with a camera. The device will require wifi or cellular connection.
BOX OFFICE SALES
General Admission sales can be completed using the INTIX Box Office app on the devices as follows:

Smartphone with Tap to Pay: watch video here - Requires wifi or cellular data
- Smartphone or Tablet with a bluetooth Wisepad Reader: watch video here - Requires wifi or cellular data
- INTIX POS device: Set up your device using this guide. Process a sale by following these steps. - Requires a Wi-Fi connection
Event Day. Reserved Seating sales are best completed by the customer directly, selecting their own seats as part of checkout.
To action:
- Print Your Ticketing URL (QR code) in Event > Dashboard
- Post near gates/doors and direct customers to scan the QR code to select and purchase their reserved seats.

- Alternatively, you can process manual sales from the back-end of INTIX in reserved seating using a laptop and navigating to Event > Manage Attendees > Add Attendees if you need to select seats on the customers behalf.
NOTE: any sales completed on the Box Office app are automatically scanned into your event at the time of purchase, and do not require re-scanning.

EVENT REPORTING
INTIX has a full reporting suite to help you understand and reconcile your event. This suite is available in Event > Reports. Here is a few report suggestions to get you started:
Event Reports > INTIX Settlement
- Provides a full summary of event sales including breakdown of revenue and fees.
Event Reports > Sales Summary - Group by Ticket Price and Sales Channel
- Provides a full breakdown of tickets sales, purchase times and what sales channel was used to purchase.
Event Reports > Attendance
- Real time tracking of event attendance and scanning - know who attended your event and when they arrived.
