INTIX has a range of automated marketing tools available which SuperAdmins can use to both drive ticket sales and help your ticket holders have a great customer experience.
This guide is designed to give you more insight into these features and how they can be used to inform and promote.

NOTE: Content of the automated communications is not customisable. You can customise your own communications using INITIX's free marketing tools:

- Email ticket holders in a specific event (Event > Manage Attendees > Email Attendees)
Event Announcement Email and Push Notifications
When you Publish an event you have the option to announce to your Audience, which will send an email and push notification that tickets are on sale. To enable select Announce to Audience - Yes.
These include your branding as well as event details (event title, date and time, venue, and event image). They are a great way to easily let your fans know that you have a new event live, with a link to the ticketing page.
Audience Marketing Email
The Audience Marketing Email is an automated tool to drive ticket sales to your upcoming event. It is branded to your organisation and includes the details from the event as well as links to your future live events.
It is automated to be switched on when you create a new event, but can be toggled on/off in Event >Tickets > Settings. Your preferences will remain the same as previously selected when copying an event.
- This email sends to anyone in your Audience database that does not have tickets to the event 3 days prior
- A notification reminder that this email is scheduled is sent to any SuperAdmins in an event 5 days prior to the event.
Further conditions:
- Privacy settings on the event must be set Public
- Tickets to the event must still be on sale at the time of the send
- Must be an event with a venue attached - this reminder will not send to Online events
- Must be a paid event - a reminder will not be sent for $0 events
Event Reminder Email
The automated Event Reminder email is sent to individuals who do have tickets to your upcoming event.
It is automated to be switched on when you create a new event, but can be toggled on or off in Event > Order Options > Order Form. Your preferences will remain the same as previously selected when copying an event.
- This email is sent to all event ticket holders 2 days prior
- A notification reminder that this email is scheduled to send is sent to any SuperAdmins in an event 4 days prior

- Link to customers account
- Link to download INTIX app
- Link to event information page
- Door open time
- Venue details as well as a link to “ways to get there” that will redirect to route and transport options in Google Maps

Resale
- If resale is enabled in event includes details on reselling tickets and link to INTIX resale site

What can you bring:
- If Organisation has cash enabled, will indicate cash is accepted at venue
- If Organisation does not have cash enabled, will indicate venue is cashless
- Instruction to have tickets ready on entry and bags ready for inspection

Add-Ons
- If your event has Add-Ons, the email includes details about item collection at venue and what they will need to bring for proof of purchase
- Contact email for INTIX Support as well as links to the INTIX Customer Help Centre.
Conditions:
- Must be a paid event - a reminder will not be sent for $0 events
- The email goes to attendees that purchased tickets prior to the date of the email reminder. The email will not send to customers who purchase after this time.
Any automated marketing can be sent or not sent at your discretion, but these automations are designed to help you sell tickets or to help your ticket holders attend upcoming events.
All communications are fully PCI compliant and include unsubscribe options for the receiver. Customers can also change their communication preferences when logged in to their INTIX account at any time.
