Contact Organiser email - What is it and how to change it

The Contact Organiser button on the ticketing page is for customer enquiries regarding the event.

A form pops up for the customer to enter their info and message, and select a Contact Request Reason:

• Accessible Seating Request
• Ticket Enquiry
• Refund Request
• General Event Enquiry
• Other

All of these enquiries will be sent to the email address in the Basic Info of the event setup.
Except Ticket Enquiries - these emails will be sent to [e-mail] and our customer service team will address these issues, forwarding them on to the event organiser if applicable.

To change the Contact Event email (and thus the Contact Organiser email):

1. Log in to your INTIX Account > Host An Event
2. Basic Info > Contact Event Email
