Credit Card Descriptor

Your Credit Card Cescriptor is what will appear on a customer's bank statement when they purchase one of your tickets.

To avoid confusion and potential chargebacks, we suggest choosing a clear descriptor that relates to your event, venue or company that a customer will recognise.

NOTE: The credit card descriptor has a limit of 22 characters, and can only be edited in Draft mode.

Your credit card descriptor will be automatically generated based off your event name if you don't update it. To check/update your credit card descriptor:

1. Log in to your INTIX Account > Host An Event
2. Payments & Tax > Payment Options

Edit the Statement Descriptor as needed.
